This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Jay Gutierrez Insurance Agency, located in Corpus Christi, Texas ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram).
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and household members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes begins on the date the entry form is first made publicly available at quotewithjay.com/giveaway and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on April 1, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit quotewithjay.com/giveaway and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, phone number, email address, and mailing address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are prohibited and will be void.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) H-E-B gift card with a value of $100 USD. The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution or prize exchange is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100.00 USD.
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or around April 1, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, or if the winner is found to be ineligible or non-compliant with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner's first name and last initial may be announced on the Sponsor's social media pages. By entering, participants consent to such announcement. The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to return the required documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time for any reason.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries; technical failures of any kind; or any other errors or problems of any kind.
Personal information collected through this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and contacting the winner. The Sponsor will not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without consent. Entry information may be used to contact participants about insurance products and services offered by the Sponsor; participants may opt out at any time.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nueces County, Texas.
